Sir,
It is most respectfully submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the abovenoted case due to personal grievances of the Supply Inspector with the application in the abovenoted crime but while investigating the case the I.O. has found that the applicant as committed no offence and no offence whatsoever is made out against the applicant.

Sir,
It is most respectfully submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the abovenoted case due to personal grievances of the Supply Inspector with the application in the abovenoted crime but while investigating the case the I.O. has found that the applicant as committed no offence and no offence whatsoever is made out against the applicant.
The Investigating Officer has therefore submitted Final Report under Section 169, Cr. P.C. in the abovenoted crime. The Hon'ble Special Judge has also observed in his order dated............. that the State Counsel concedes that no offence is made out against the applicant.
The Final Report No. 25/95, P. S.................... has been received in the offence of C. O. Police and has been sent to the P. P. Office .................. on ..............
