Hon’ble the Chief justice and his other companion Judges of the aforesaid Court.
The humble petition of the above-named applicant most respectfully showeth :
1. That the aforesaid case has been filed as Crl. Revision of mistake of the Counsel through Crl. Appeal lies against the impugned order in the aforesaid case.
2. That it is just and expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to convert the aforesaid revision into Cr. appeal.
