The Hon'ble Judge of the aforesaid Court.
The humble applicant most humbly showeth as under:
1. That the applicant was P.W…………….. in the aforesaid case.
2. That on ……………..during the cross-examination of the applicant, the defence counsel, put some humiliating questions to the applicant in order to malign the character of the applicant. The applicant, being an ordinary man responded violently to the said questions.
3. That the Hon'ble Court was pleased to was the applicant against the violent behaviour of the applicant.
4. That despite the aforesaid warning, the applicant being a man of nervous temperament again responded violently when the learned defence counsel continued his line of humiliating questions.
5. That the Hon'ble Court took exception to this conduct of the applicant and drew up a proceeding under Section 345 (1), Cr.P.C. for contempt of Court punishable under Section 228 of I. P.C. against the applicant who was directed to show cause against the punishment as aforesaid.
6. That the applicant is a man of week nerves and also suffering from high blood pressure, the sincerity regards the incident and offers his unqualified apology to the lawyer and to the Court for his behaviour.
