The humble husband/opposite party most respectfully showeth as under:
1. That the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct the opposite party pay an amount of Rs. ............ per month As maintenance allowance to the applicant vide its order dated.............. passed in the aforesaid case.
2. That the opposite party obeyed the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court with utmost regard.
3. That, unfortunately, due to prolonged illness of serious nature the opposite party had to loose his job in the ................. Department with effect from ...................... and since then the opposite party remains unemployed.
4. That in the aforesaid circumstances, it has become very difficult for the opposite party to support himself less to the aforesaid maintenance allowance. The opposite party is in serious financial crisis.
