The Hon'ble Judge of the aforesaid Court.

The humble accused most humbly showeth as under:

1. That the Hon'ble Court was pleased to convict the accused and direct the payment of fine of Rs. ……………… vide its order dated …………… in the aforesaid case.

2. That the accused is a poor person, having no money with him nor even in a position to raise money in a short periods. Thus accused is not in a position to make payment of the amount of fine even within a short period.

3. That the accused owns landed property which he intends to sell in order to raise the amount of fine.

PRAYER
