The humble applicant most humbly showeth as under:
1. That the applicant is an old person residing within the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.
2. That the opposite party is a person of disreputable merits/morals and a menance to the safety of women folk and property of the villagers of the village …………….and to neighbouring villages.
3. That the opposite party arrived in the village of the applicant about ........ months back and since then there have been numerous cases of House breaking by night, theft and kidnapping of female members of the village. During the recent months the wicked activities of the opposite party have increased so much that he had become a source of danger to the locality.
4. That the opposite party also keeps …………. women of law moral with him who, it is reliably learnt, entertain all sorts of unknown persons at night, causing much annoyance to all living closely.
5. That from the acts and misdeeds of the opposite party it appears that he is habitual offender and has committed crimes even in the past as well.
