The Hon'ble Judge of the aforesaid Court.

The humble applicant most humbly showeth as under:

1. That the applicant has instituted a case under Section 379 of the, I. P.C. against    the accused.

2. That in the aforesaid case, the Court, after taking cognizance of the case, has issued a warrant of arrest against the accused.

3. That the accused, being a neighbour of the applicant, has stolen two jewellery belongs of the applicant on ……………when the applicant and his family had gone to…………… for picnic.

4. That the accused has not yet produced any of the stolen ornaments contained in any of the above mentioned jewellery bedees.

5. That the applicant has come to know that the accused has hidden the stolen articles in a house No. situated at ……………. P.S……………… District ……………… and the applicant also believes that a search of the aforesaid house shall     lead to the recovery of the stolen articles.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a search warrant commanding the local police to search the said house (mentioned in para 5 of this application) for the recovery of the stolen properties which may be found there.
