1. That the residential house of the applicant has its main gate (used for outlet and inlet of the house) on its northern side which opens at plot No. ………… which has been purchased by the opposite party vide sale-deed …………… dated …………
2. That a strip of land measuring …………………. feet by……………. ft. in the aforesaid plot is being used by the applicant for last …… years continuously and without obstruction by the opposite party, or his predecessor-in-interest.
