The humble petition of the abovenamed appellant-applicant; Most Respectfully Showeth :
1. That the necessary papers for filing the present appeal have been received through registered post but the expenses have not yet been received.
2. That since today is the last day limitation, the present appeal is being filed in deficiency of the court fees.
3. That in the aforesaid circumstances if necessary that three Weeks time may be granted to pay court fees.
