solemnly affirm and state as under:
1. That I have applied for the Citizenship of India by naturalisation under the Indian Citizenship Act, 1955 on ...................................
2. That I am not a citizen of any country, where citizens of India are prevented by law or practice of that country from becoming subjects or citizens of that country by naturalization.
3. That I was a citizen of…………………….and I have renounced the citizenship of that country in accordance with the law therein in force in that behalf and I have notified such renunciation to the Central Government.2. 4. That I have stayed in India for about thirteen months i.e. w.e.f . .................... immediately preceding the date of the application for naturalization.
