1 . That I am the petitioner in the abovementioned insolvency petition and as such fully conversant with the facts deposed to below.
2. That I possess the property shown in the insolvency petition, the value of which
is not more than Rs . 3. That I am without any employment these days.
4. That I have to support my wife and four children.
5. That I am indebted to the tune of Rs ....................to the creditors, the details of which have been given in the insolvency petition.
6. That I am unable to bear the expenses of the notice to be published in the Gazette, as required by law.
