(a) While so the petitioners 2 to 5 purchased the schedule property from the first petitioner on ………………… under a Registered sale deed bearing document No. ………………….. for valid consideration of Rs. …………. and were put in possession of the same to the knowledge of the Respondents. The Respondents having attorned failed to deliver vacant possession of the same. Hence the petitioners 2 to 5 are entitled to possession of the Schedule premises in the place of first petitioner and as such are entitled to seek eviction of the Respondents.
