That for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the proposed parties to come on record as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above petition as they have got interest in the petition schedule premises by way of sale deed dated ............. and also permit them to make consequential amendment if any as detailed hereunder and pass necessary orders.

Particulars of proposed consequential amendment

1. To amend in the short and long cause title by impleading the petitioners 2 to 5 (proposed parties)

2. To add as per 5(a) in the petition as follows :

1. (a) While so the petitioners 2 to 5 purchased the schedule property from the first petitioner on ..................... under a Registered sale deed bearing document No. ....................... for valid consideration of Rs. ............. and were put in possession of the same to the knowledge of the Respondents. The Respondents having attorned failed to deliver vacant possession of the same. Hence the petitioners 2 to 5 are entitled to possession of the Schedule premises in the place of first petitioner and as such are entitled to seek eviction of the Respondents.

1. Add in para 9 (a) after the words directing the respondents as “to put the petitioners 2 to 5 by deleting the word “landlady” in the said para.
