1. I am the 3rd party to the above petition. I am filing this affidavit on behalf of the other co-sharers .................... Smt. ..................... and .....................

2. I submit that we have purchased the petition schedule premises on ................ under a Registered sale deed bearing document No........ for valid consideration of Rs. ............ from our lawful vendor Smt. ............... w/o. ............. to the knowledge of the respondents. The Respondents having attorned to the same failed to deliver vacant possession of the petition schedule premises. In as much as the above petition is pending adjudication we are advised to file this petition to come on record as petitioners 2 to 5 so as to proceed with the above petition.
3. I submit that we became the absolute owners of the petition schedule property and as such we are entitled possession of the schedule premises. The property tax also was mutated in our name in the Municipal records as proceedings in RF. No....... No......... dated ........... Thus we have got interest in the schedule property. Hence we are proper and necessary parties for proper adjudication of the above petition. If an opportunity is not provided we will be put to serious loss and hardship.
4. It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit us to come on record as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above petition as we have got interest in the petition schedule premises by way of sale deed dated ............. and also permit us to make consequential amendment if any as detailed in the petition else we will be put to serious loss and hardship.
