Notice is hereby given that a petition was on the ......... day of ......... 20...... presented to the Court by the abovenamed Company, to confirm the alteration of the memorandum of association of the said company, resolved on by a special resolution of the company passed at the general meeting of the said company held on the .......... day of ........... 20......., as follows:-
