KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Shri A B C, age 65 years, occupation……..pensioner, resident of 55 Rasta Peth, Pune 411011, do hereby appoint, nominate and constitute, Shri A BC, age 25 years, occupation - service, resident of 500 Shivajinagar, Pune 411 005, to be my lawful attorney to do for me, in my name and on my behalf all or any of the following acts, deeds and things:
1. To manage and look after my house properties at Kothrud, Somwar Peth and Mangalwar Peth.
2. To collect the amounts of monthly rent from my tenants and pass proper receipts therefor.
3. To deposit the said amounts in my savings account with the Bank of Maharashtra, Deccan Gymkhana Branch.
4. To withdraw amounts from the said account.
5. To file necessary and appropriate legal actions in the courts of law against the tenants or any other persons in respect of the said properties.
6. To engage advocates and other professionals and to instruct them.
7. To prepare, sign and present the necessary pleadings and documents and also verify the same.
8. To give evidence in the courts of law.
AND GENERALLY to do all other acts, deeds and things as may be necessary for effectively carrying out the powers hereby given.
I do declare that all such acts, deeds and things as may be lawfully done by my said attorney by virtue of the powers hereby given shall be construed to be the acts, deeds and things as if done by me personally, and I do hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm the same.
