WHEREAS I intend to go abroad for the employment purpose and I will remain absent from India for a indefinite period(s).

AND WHEREAS I sold my ownership shop at....................................... the consideration price of Rs............... (Rupees.......................) vide agreement dated ............... made between myself and Mr................................ and the same is to be Registered before the Sub-Registrar, AND WHEREAS the said Mr........................... paid on amount of Rs............. (Rupees ..................) by way of demand draft AND WHEREAS for the balance amount, the said Mr......................... issued three Post dated Cheques viz cheque No.............. dated ...............for an amount of Rs............. cheque No............... dated ............ for an amount of Rs............... and cheque No............. dated................, for an amount of Rs.............. all drawn on ...............................Bank........... Branch.

AND WHEREAS I am going abroad and it is not possible for me to deposit said post dated cheque in my account and also not possible for me to present for execution, admission and presentation the document for Registration.

I the said ................................do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Mr..............................residing at........................... to be my true and lawful attorney (hereinafter called ‘Attorney’) for me and in my name and or my behalf to do or cause to be done all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things that is to say :-

1. To executive sale deed and other papers relating to the execution of the sale of the said shop.

2. To admit execution and received consideration and deposit the same in my Bank account and issued Valid receipt therefore and discharge the same.

3. To declare the value of the said ship before the Sub-Registrar for purpose of Registration of the sale deed.

4. To present the sale deed for Registration and to do all acts that are necessary for effectively completing, the sale transaction.

5. To receive the document or documents from the Sub-Registrar after Registration.

6. To appear before any court or authority for the purpose of recovery of any claim relating to the said shop and also relating to the Registration, declaration of value or any other proceedings connected with the same.

7. To engage pleader/Advocate or authorized representative to act on his behalf in the said proceedings to do all other acts that may be necessary for the proper completion of the work assigned by me to my attorney under these presents.

I do hereby ratify and confirm all and whatever my Attorney or any Substitute or substitutes shall do or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney.
