1. To sign, and present before the appropriate authorities of the ........................ all applications, petitions, affidavits, etc. necessary for the purpose of getting discharged the duties and obligations under the agreement which I have to execute with the ................................... and .................................. for getting allotment of Land bearing survey No. ............... 2. To supervise the construction or works of renovation of the building and make any representation or application for alteration, addition, modification, or extension of the building according to the regulations of the .................... applicable to the Housing Scheme.
