Power-of-Attorney regarding sale of stocks/shares
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, ........................................., aged .............. years, residing at .................................................. I do hereby constitute, nominate and appoint ..................................................... residing at .................................. as my true and lawful attorneys, for me and on my behalf top do the following acts, deeds and things :
1. To receive and give discharge for all moneys, securities for moneys, debts, stocks, shares belong to me.
2. To file suit / case, or defend all actions and other proceedings relating to my estate or any part thereof or anything in which I or my estate may be in anywise concerned.
3. To accept the transfer of my stock, funds, shares, annuities and other securities, which shall or may at any time hereafter be transferred to me.
4. To settle, compromise any dispute arising out of the my said property or submit to arbitration all require accounts.
5. To invest any of my moneys in such manner at such rate of interest and upon such securities as my attorney shall in his absolute discretion think fit, and from time to time vary the said investments or any of them and in the meantime pending any such investments as aforesaid, to deposit the said moneys or any part thereof with any Banker or Bankers to whom my attorney shall deem fit to entrust the same.
6. Out of such moneys, to pay any such calls upon shares or other expenses in respect of any part of my said estate as my attorney shall think fit and to receive the dividends, interest and income arising from any stock, shares or other estate now or hereafter belonging to me (whether solely or jointly as aforesaid).
7. To vote at the meetings of any company or companies or otherwise to act as my attorney or proxy in respect of any stocks, shares or other investments now held or which may hereafter be acquired by me therein (whether solely or jointly as aforesaid).
8. To carry into effect and perform all agreements entered by me with any other person.
9. To appoint Advocate or Advocates wherever necessary.
I do hereby declare that all Acts, Deeds and things legally done or executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be act, deeds and things done by me. I also bind myself to rectify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused to be done for me on account of power given by this presents.
