Power-of-Attorney to sell Flat
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, ......................................., aged .............. years, son of ........................................................, residing at ................................................., intending to go abroad therefore I may not be able to lookafter my properties and hence I hereby constitute, nominate and appoint ........................residing at .................................. as my true and lawful attorneys, to exercise any of the undernoted powers hereby conferred, in my name and on my behalf :
1. To advertise or otherwise procure and negotiate the sale of my Flat No. ........ situated at.............................................. to any intending purchaser or purchasers at such price which my said attorney, thinks proper, to agree upon and to enter into any agreement or agreements for such sale or sales and/or to cancel and/or repudiate the same.
2. To receive from the intending purchaser or purchasers any earnest money and to give good, valid receipt and discharge for the same.
3. To sign, execute and deliver any conveyance or conveyances of the said property in favour of the said purchaser.
4. To sign and execute all other deeds, instruments and assurances, which he shall consider necessary and to enter into and/or agree to such covenants and conditions as may be required for fully and effectually conveying the said property as I could do myself if personally present.
5. To represent me before the Registrar / Sub-registrar for registration of the said conveyance or conveyances, to admit execution and receipt of consideration before the Sub-Registrar or Registrar having authority to do so and to have the said conveyance registered and to do all acts, deeds and things which my said Attorney shall consider proper and necessary for conveying the said property to the said purchaser or purchasers as fully and effectually in all respects as I could do the same myself.
I do hereby declare that all Acts, Deeds and things legally done or executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be act, deeds and things done by me. I also bind myself to rectify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused to be done for me on account of power given by this presents.
