Power-of-Attorney regarding Property
BY THIS POWER-OF-ATTORNEY I .................................................... aged about ......................... residing at ................................................. do hereby appoint ..................................... Residing at.......................................... as my true and lawful attorney for me and on my behalf do the following acts, deeds and things.
1. To convey, sell or transfer in the immovable properties, lands, houses, vacant land, building, and agricultural land situated in ................................................... and any other place ................................ with all rights, title and interest thereto to any person or persons for any consideration whatsoever.
2. To execute any agreement for sale or sale deed or other document necessary to effectuate the aforesaid purpose or purposes and the same be registered before the Registering authority.
3. To receive or agree to receive the consideration for the said sale or sales in respect thereof. After receiving consideration deliver possession of the property sold to the purchaser or purchasers as the case may be.
4. To appoint any agent or agents on my behalf or as well as on behalf of any other jointly to cause the aforementioned properties to be sold.
5. To cause mutation, where necessary, effected in the Revenue Records and to make such statements personally or through pleader or other agent to effectuate the aforesaid purpose.
I/We do hereby declare that all Acts, Deeds and things legally done or executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be act, deeds and things done by me. I also bind myself/ourselves to rectify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused to be done for me/us on account of power given by this presents.
