KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I,........................................... Residing at........................................ Doth hereby constitute, nominate and appoint Mr.................................. and lawfully constituted attorney of me to do following acts, deeds and things :

1. To file and/or to defend complaint in High Court/Megistrate Court/Courts, to lodge police complaint, Criminal revisions, appeals and review applications, sign Vakalatnamas affired, affidavits, complaints and other documents and appoint advocate/s for the same.

2. To file and/or to defend suits, to declare and affirm all Plaints, written statements, applications, petition, affidavits, vakalatnamas and to give evidence and other necessary documents on behalf of me and to appear before any Judge, Megistrate, or Tribunal, Forum Commission, or other officer, authority empowered or any other enquiry relating to any of case to be filed.

3. To settle, compromise, receive/pay money on behalf of me and pass and receive necessary receipt for the same.
