BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY I ………………………………………….… aged about ….………………… residing at ……………………………….. do hereby appoint ………………………………. Residing at …………………………………… as my true and lawful attorney for me and on my behalf do the following acts, deeds and things.
1. To file and sign all applications, plaints, petitions or written statements, power of attorney or any other documents, expedient or necessary in the opinion of the said attorney to be made, signed, executed, presented or filed in relation to any of the purposes the said Attorney considers necessary and again to receive back such documents.
2. To purchase, lease, exchange or otherwise land, buildings, and hereditaments of any tenure or description and any estate or interest therein and any right over or connected with land and to execute all documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid as the said attorney may deem fit.
3. To appear before Registrar/Sub-Registrar or Registrating authority having jurisdiction in that behalf and there present for registration and to admit the execution thereof and also to admit the documents executed by me or on my behalf by my attorney and to all such acts and deeds in that behalf as my said attorney deems proper and expedient.
4. To appoint solicitors, advocates, counsel from time to time and to revoke such appointments and again to appoint as occasion shall require.
5. To pay and allow all fees, costs, charges, brokerage, commission, discount and all expenses necessary to be paid or allowed in the premises.
6. To receive all sums, all costs, fees or other moneys whatsoever realisable by, or payable to, me in connection with such accounts reckoning and all suits or other proceedings adopted or taken in connection therewith, and issue receipts in respect of the same.
I/We do hereby declare that all Acts, Deeds and things legally done or executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be act, deeds and things done by me. I also bind myself/ourselves to rectify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused to be done for me/us on account of power given by this presents.
