BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY I ............................................................ residing at................................ do hereby appoint ..................................... Residing at.......................................... as my true and lawful attorney for me and on my behalf do the following acts, deeds and things.
1. To attend to the conduct of the Case No............... in relation to our properties pending before the Hon’ble Civil Court at.................
2. To engage counsel and to give necessary instructions to them.
3. To settle and compromise the disputes as my attorney shall deem fit and to incur the necessary expenses and the disbursements of moneys if found necessary for the purpose of such settlement.
4. To collect the rent and profits of the properties, to settle tenants, to terminate tenancies and to evict tenants and to take all legal proceedings for the purpose.
5. To negotiate for the sale of, and sell, the property belonging to me and included in Survey No. ............... in Patta No. ............ in ................... Taluk, ................. District and to execute and register the necessary sale deed to the vendee on receipt of the consideration decided upon by the Attorney, and to deliver possession of the property to the vendee.
6. And to do all acts, deeds and things as are necessary for the proper administration of the properties.
