Power-of-Attorney regarding Property
This is power of attorney executed this .............. day of........... Two thousand......... by me. I ......................... aged about ......... residing at......................... do hereby appoint and constituted Mr................................................. residing at ........................ as true and lawful attorney for me and on behalf, to do the following acts and deeds in respect of property described in details below under Schedule I.
1. To take possession of all property, lands or tenements as I am now or may in any way become entitled to and bring any action or proceeding in respect thereof.
2. To, recover and receive from any person or persons sums of money debts, goods etc., which shall or may belong to or be due or become due or payable to me.
3. To demand, sue for, enforcement of all monies belonging to me and to appoint any advocate/s, counsel and to give to necessary instruction to them and to sign in my name and as my act and deed to execute, verify and deliver any plaint, written statement, contract agreement, lease, assignment or conveyance concerning any property, land or tenements belonging, or which may hereafter belong to me or any part thereof and to receive and sign and give or to join signing and giving receipts or discharges for the money arising from such matters of transfers or transfer.
4. To appear before Registrar and/or sub-Registrar and/or any competent registering authority to Registered the document executed by me or by my said attorney, to admit the execution of the said deed or deeds, to admit the receipt of consideration and to do any act, deed or things that may be necessary to complete the registration of the said deed or deeds, and when it has or they have been returned to him after being duly registered, to give proper receipts and discharge for the same.
5. To appoint and remove in his absolute discretion any substitute for or, agent under, my said attorney in respect of all or any of the matters aforesaid upon such terms as he may think fit.
I/We do hereby declare that all Acts, Deeds and things legally done or executed by the said attorney shall be deemed to be act, deeds and things done by me. I also bind myself/ourselves to rectify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused to be done for me/us on account of power given by this presents.
