The humble application of the abovenamed applicant most humbly showeth as under :

3. That a resolution of no confidence is likely to be passed against the aforesaid petitioner in the said meeting.
4. That the petitioner may try to file a writ petition before the honourable court against the passing of no confidence motion against him and concealing the relevant facts, the petitioner may try to obtain an ex parte stay order in his favour.
5. That in the aforesaid circumstances it is just and expedient that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased not to grant any ex parte interim order to the petitioner without affording an opportunity to the applicant/caveator.
