In the following noted suit the plaintiff and defendants Nos. 1 and 2 submit as follows :

5. That accordingly the plaintiff’s suit may be decreed in terms of the compromise regarding the reliefs claimed by him against defendants No. 1 and 2 and the compromise be formed part of the decree.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to decide the suit against defendant Nos. 1 and 2 in terms of the compromise and the same be formed part of the decree.
