In the following noted suit the plaintiff and defendants Nos. 1 and 2 submit as follows :

1. That defendant Nos. 1 and 2 do admit the plaintiff’s claim upon the property in Suit i.e. Plot No. B-88 ................. Place .............. that the said plot allotted to the plaintiff does not form part of the allotted to the plaintiff does not form part of the alleged land claimed by them and that the ............. has rightly allotted the same to the plaintiff out of the land acquired for the purpose of Trans ................., Agra. Thus the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 forego their claim on the plot in dispute.

2. That the plaintiff is at liberty to exercise his all rights of ownership and occupier of the land as per his requirements.

3. That the plaintiff foregoes his cost of the suit against defendant Nos. 1 and 2 and now the plaintiff has got no grievance against them.

4. That the plaintiff is also at liberty to proceed with the case in respect of his claim against the remaining defendants according to law.

5. That accordingly the plaintiff’s suit may be decreed in terms of the compromise regarding the reliefs claimed by him against defendants No. 1 and 2 and the compromise be formed part of the decree.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to decide the suit against defendant Nos. 1 and 2 in terms of the compromise and the same be formed part of the decree.
