Dear Sir
I hereby give you notice that the indenture of lease dated the .... day of .... made ....... between you of the one part and me of the other part contained inter alia the following covenant/s to be observed and performed on your part, viz., ..... The said lease also provides for forfeiture of your tenancy interest in the said property and my consequential right of re-entry in the property on violation inter alia of any such covenant. As you have without my knowledge or consent (state the nature of breach or breaches) thereby violated and is still now continuously violating the terms of the lease (which are not at all waived or condoned by me) I hereby give notice of determination of the lease and call upon you to deliver possession of the property to me within days of the receipt of this notice, failing which I shall exercise my right of re-entry and bring a suit for ejectment against you also claiming mesne profits, damages and costs
