I hereby give you notice that the guarantee dated the

which I executed in your favour for true and faithful service of AB of, etc.,
as, etc., and also for the payment of any sum that may become due to you on account of any loss or damage sustained by you by reason of any act, breach
of trust, mismanagement, neglect, default or dereliction of duty on the part
of the said AB while in due course of employment, is hereby revoked and
determined the same being without consideration and so void. I therefore
give you notice that I shall not be liable for any such loss or damage, if any,
sustained by you hereafter.
