I, the undersigned AB (creditor assignor), do hereby give you notice that, by an instrument in writing bearing date, etc., and made between me and CD of etc., I, the said AB, have for valuable consideration transferred and assigned unto and in favour of the said CD the bond (or etc.), executed by you and bearing date, etc., whereby you became bound to me in the sum of Rs……………together with all arrears of interest thereon due and payable (or, etc.).
