Dear Sir
Please take notice that you are hereby required to remove forthwith the
nuisance and/or obstruction arising from, etc., (describe the cause of
nuisance) at, etc., which is causing injury to my personal comforts and health.
In default, I shall be under painful necessity to take legal steps for securing
abatement discontinuance and removal thereof without further reference
to you.
This notice is given without prejudice to any right of action for damages,
which I have already sustained and may sustain by reason of the continuity
of the nuisance and obstruction.
