Dear Sir
This is to write to you that, in pursuance of the power, authority and liberty for this purpose reserved in my favour under and by virtue of the deed of lease dated the…….day of 2005 and made between you, of the one part, and myself, of the other part, I hereby give you notice and determine the lease with effect from the………day of 2005, when I shall quit, vacate and deliver up possession of the house and premises (or, etc.) as comprised in the said deed. Please take further notice that all our relationship also as lessor and lessee shall come to an end on that day and I shall no further remain responsible for performance or non-performance of any of the covenants, conditions and stipulations thereunder contained.
