Dear Sir,
On behalf of my client Sri....................................... residing at ...................... I have to address you as under :
That you took loan of Rs......... from my client by pledging Diamonds (Listed below) and agreed to pay the said Amount alongwith interest @ ......% p.a. but you failed and neglected to do so.
Under the circumstances you are hereby called upon by my client, with I hereby do to pay my client for sum of Rs......... being the principal amount and interest of Rs......... totaling Rs............ . within 15 days of receipt hereof failing which my client will soled the said Diamond by public auction.
The List of Diamond
If there be any deficiency after sale proceeds of the said items then balance will be recovered by filing a suit.
