Dear Sir,
Under instructions and authority from my client Mr.......................................... ........................ residing at ............................., P.S. .................., Dist................, I have to inform you as under :
As per agreement dated ......... a provision for a reference to appoint arbitrator in case of dispute/differences contemplated in said agreement.
That there is a dispute with regard to .............................
Please take notice that you are hereby requested to arbitrate on the said matter or refer the dispute to arbitration by a competent authority as contemplated in clause ...... of the said Agreement within ....... days from the date of receipt of this notice. In default, it shall be deemed that a difference has arisen to which the agreement applies and that my client shall apply to a competent court of law under S. 20(1) of the Arbitration Act 1940, for proper redress after expiry of the period given above.
