Please take notice that you are hereby requested to arbitrate on the said matter or refer the dispute to arbitration by a competent authority as contemplated in clause …… of the said Agreement within ……. days from the date of receipt of this notice. In default, it shall be deemed that a difference has arisen to which the agreement applies and that my client shall apply to a competent court of law under S. 20(1) of the Arbitration Act 1940, for proper redress after expiry of the period given above.
