A provision for a reference to appoint two arbitrators, one from each side, in case there be disputes and/or differences, contemplated in the said Agreement:

I do give you a notice that I appointed Mr. ........................ as the Arbitrator from my side. You are required to appoint an Arbitrator from your side within ....... clear days after service of this notice. Please take notice that if you fail I shall appoint my Arbitrator as the Sole-Arbitrator.
