4. That my client is your wife, is not earning anything. I, therefore, hereby call upon you to pay Rs. ..................... per month from ....................., date of separation being 1/3^rd of your income within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice and to continue to pay every month the same amount as my clients’ maintenance, failing which you shall be responsible.
