TermsThe
Suit be and is hereby compromised between the parties hereto on the following
terms and conditions viz.1.
The
defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the sum of Rs. __________ per month as
maintenance allowance during her lifetime for the maintenance of herself and a
sum of Rs. 200 per month for the maintenance of her minor daughter C up to her
marriage.2.
The
defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the sum of Rs. __________ in respect of
her legal and other expenses.3.
In
case the defendant shall fail to pay maintenance allowance to the plaintiff for
six consecutive months, decree in terms of prayer (a) of the plaint to be
executed forthwith.4.
The
plaintiff covenants that she will remain chaste and lead a good moral life
