This gift deed gives in full powers to act on behalf of donor and the

decision of donne is final and cannot be sued in any court of law either in

India or outside. Also the legal heirs/successors of donor cannot

question/sue the donne in any court of law or cannot reclaim ether the

property or the sale proceeds given to the trust. This is binding on the
