CREATING LIFE ESTATE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE

DAUGHTER – IN - LAW BY WAY OF GIFT

As I have attained old age and visualize property dispute after my

death and as I am desirous to make some arrangement for the

maintenance of my widow daughter-in-law Smt………….. W/o Late Sri…………. R/o……….

I hereby, out of my natural love and affection and also out of my

free will and without force, compulsion or undue influence, make a

gift of the entire above-noted premises in favour of my daughter-in-law

for her lifetime. She shall exercise all rights in respect thereof and

avail of all interest in respect therein during her lifetime. After the

death of the said widowed daughter-in law of mine, the entire property

gifted away by this document shall revert to my heirs in equal shares, I

have put my widow daughter-in-law in possession of the said house gifted to

her and therefore from today I have ceased to possess any right or claim in

respect of the gifted property.
