As I have grown old, as I visualize some property dispute after my

death and as I am desirous to make some arrangement for the

I hereby, make a gift of the entire above-mentioned property with all

rights and interests therein, in favour of my daughter-in-law for

her livelihood and maintenance. I declare that the said lady will be

absolute owner of this property forever and shall be liable to payment of

Government revenue. I myself, my heirs or representatives shall have

nothing to do with gifted property, I shall be the name of the said lady

to be entered into the Government records.
