WHEREAS the Donor and Donee have great mutual love and affection for

each other.

the Donee accepts the said gift with grateful thanks.

NOW THIS INDENTURE OF GIFT WITHNESSETH:

  1.         That in consideration of natural love and affection, which

the Donor has for the Donee, the Donor hereby gifts a sum of Rs.

and the Donee accepts the said gift with grateful thanks.

  1.         That the Donor do hereby and hereunder grant, convey,

transfer, give and assure unto and to the use of the Donee, freely

and voluntarily, the Bonds gifted by him to the Donee.

  1.         That the Donor has surrendered all rights to the said sum of

money / Bonds which he has gifted to the Donee and the said gift is

completely and totally unconditional and can be used or utilized by

the Donee for whatever purpose he / she deems fit.

  1.         That Donee confirms that the above bonds given by the Donor

has been received by him.

  1.         That the Donee confirms that the parties to these presents

have hereunto set and subscribed their respective signature as a

token of the grant of the gift by the Donor and its acceptance by

the Donee in the presence of witnesses who have signed in the

presence of each other.
