presently and permanently residing in , do hereby solemnly affirm and

state as under:—

  1. I am the applicant in the case referred to above and being well

acquainted with the facts of the case, I am competent to swear to this

affidavit.

  1. It is submitted that I was asked to file affidavit and the Will

of the deceased ,

  1. Although the affidavit was filed yesterday itself, the same was

filed in haste and the Will could not be produced yesterday and this

Hon'ble Court directed me to come back to the Court today.

  1. Further, the Original Will is filed in O.S. No of where it is

required in connection with the proceedings. Therefore, a notarised.

  1. The Will bears the signature of and also that of the

attesting witness.

  1. It is submitted that as soon as the Original Will is got back from

the

proceedings in O.S. No of 20 , I shall produce the

same before this Hon'ble Court.

  1. It is, therefore, just and necessary that this Hon'ble Court may

bepleased to receive the notarised photocopy of the Will on file.
