presently and permanently in , do hereby solemnly affirm and

state as follows:—

1. That I say, that I am the Petitioner in the Original Petition

referred to above and the accompanying Civil Miscellaneous Petition. I

am well acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the present case

and being so, I am fully competent to swear to this affidavit.

1. That I say, that the original petition is filed seeking, inter

alia, the issuance of a writ of Mandamus or such other writ, direction

or order directing the respondents to effect payment of the amount shown

in Ex. P. 5 statement, with future interest to me. The said amounts have

been quantified by the Government of Maharashtra, which issued Ex. P. 2

and have been outstanding payment for

petition are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief

and all statements of law contained therein are believed to be correct

on the basis of information received by me/by my counsel.

1. That I say, that the exhibits produced alongwith the original

petition are the true copies of the originals they purport to represent.

1. That I say, that it is in the favour of justice, that the relief

sought for in the Original Petition be granted and that sought for in

the accompanying Civil Miscellaneous be allowed immediately.

1. It is submitted that the petitioner has not filed any other

petition before this Hon'ble Court or any other Court.

1. That I say, that there has been absolutely no suppression or

concealment of any information on the part of the petitioner.
