The deponent named above hereby solemnly affirms and states as

follows:—

1. That the deponent herein is the Petitioner in the Revision

Petition referred to above. The deponent is well conversant with the

facts and circumstances of the case and competent to swear to this

affidavit.

1. That the deponent is the tenant in the property referred to

above.

1. That the Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment

of the Rent

Control Appellate Authority, in R.C.A. No by virtue of which the

said Court reversed the order of the Rent Control Tribunal dismissing

the eviction petition and allowed eviction of the deponent herein from

the tenanted premises referred to above, on the ground of misuser.

1. That this Hon'ble Court dismissed the aforesaid Revision

Petition. At the same time, however, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to

grant time of one year to the deponent for the purpose of vacating the

tenanted premises, on the condition that the deponent gives an

unconditional undertaking by way of an affidavit that she would vacate,

without any delay or objection whatsoever, vacate the premises within a

period of one year.

1. That in humble obedience of the aforementioned order of this

Hon'ble Court, the deponent herein, hereby solemnly affirms and states

that the deponent shall, without any delay or objection whatsoever,

vacate the tenanted premises referred to above within a period of one

year from today. I further undertake that I shall not lay any claim

whatsoever with regard to the premises in question. I shall handover the

peaceful possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent within

the aforesaid period and obtain a valid receipt thereof from him and

produce the same before this Hon'ble Court.
