I, , S/o aged presently and
permanently residing in , do hereby solemnly affirm and state as
follows:—
- That I say, that I am the petitioner in the Original Petition
referred to above and the accompanying Civil Miscellaneous Petition. I
am well acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the present case
and stand competent to swear to this affidavit.
- That I say, that the Original Petition is filed seeking, inter
alia, the issuance of a writ of Mandamus or such other writ, direction
or order directing the respondent to take immediate action for
rectifying errors in the re-survey conducted in respect of my property
referred to in the Original Petition.
- That I say, that with a view to avoid unnecessary repetition the
contents of the Original Petition may be read as a part of this
affidavit.
- That I say, that all statements of facts made in the Original
Petition are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief
and all statements of law contained therein are correct and true as per
the information received by me through my counsel.
- That I say, that the exhibits produced alongwith the original
petition are the true copies of the originals they purport to represent.
- That I say, that there has already been unnecessary delay on the
part of the respondent in the redressal of my grievances. Any further
delay will cause irreparable injury and hardship to me.
- That I say, that in view of above, the relief prayed for in the
accompanying Civil Miscellaneous Petition is urgently necessary.
- That I say, that I have not approached any other Court or filed
any petition before this Hon'ble Court seeking the same relief.
