permanently residing in , do hereby solemnly affirm and state as
follows:—
- That I say, that I am the petitioner in the Original Petition
referred to above and in the accompanying Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
I am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present
case and stand fully competent to swear to this affidavit.
- That I say, that the Original Petition is filed seeking the
issuance of, inter alia, a writ of Certiorari or such other writ, order
or direction quashing the order, Ex. P.3, passed by the respondent.
- That I say, that all statements of facts made in the Original
Petition are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief,
and all statements of law contained therein are correct on the ground of
information received by me from my counsel.
- That I say, that the exhibits produced alongwith the Original
Petition are true copies of the originals they purport to represent.
- That I say, that the respondent is trying to implement the said
impugned order, which, if allowed to happen, will cause irreparable
loss, injury and hardship to the petitioner.
- An interim order staying the operation of all proceedings in
pursuance of the impugned order is therefore, urgently required.
