I, , S/o , aged years,
presently and permanently residing in , do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as follows:—
- I am the petitioner herein and appellant in the above appeal
referred toabove. I am well conversant with the facts and circumstances
of thepresent case and stand competent to swear to this affidavit.
- The above appeal is filed against the decree in O.S. No.
of of the Senior Civil Judge,

- It is submitted that an application seeking procurement of a
printed copy of the aforesaid judgment was made, but the same has not
been made available till date. However, the certified typewritten copy
of the judgment is produced alongwith the appeal.
- As is apparent, the printed copy of the said judgment could not
be produced owing to the abovementioned reason and there is absolutely
no default or laches on my part as the petitioner. Since urgent orders
are necessary in the present appeal, it is essential that the appeal be
moved at an early date. Further, I undertake to produce the same as when
the same is obtained. It may be mentioned at the same time that the
printed copy will be ready within a period of two months.
In view of the aforementioned circumstances, it is in the interest of
the justicethat two months' time for production of the printed copy of
judgment in O.S.No may be granted by this Hon'ble Court.
