Infectious diseases

Infectious diseases. It is an indictable offence to expose in a public frequented highway a person suffering from an infectious disorder, R. v. Vantandillo, (1815) 4 M. & S. 73. Locality

Locality, the question of notifying the locality might probably arise when all the lands in a village are sought to be acquired. Otherwise the word 'locality' is a word of such indefinite import that it is difficult to conceive of any locality in any particular village being notified for acquisition. Urban agglomeration

Urban agglomeration, the expression 'urban agglomeration' as defined in s. 2(n) of the Act, so far as material, reads: (n) 'urban agglomeration', - (A) in relation to any State or Union Territory specified in column (1) of Schedule I, means: (i) The urban agglomeration specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof and includes the peripheral area specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof, Union of India v. Urban land

Urban land, means the land situated in such munici-pal area and the areas in the periphery there of as may be notified by the State Government and different limits of periphery areas may be notified for different classes of municipal areas.
