Land grabbing, grabbing of any land must be without any lawful entitlement and with a view to take possession of such lands illegally, Gouri Satya Reddy v. Government of Andhra Pradesh, (2004) 7 SCC 398: AIR 2004 SC 3661. [Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 (12 of 1982), s. 2(e)]
