Kumkidar, 'kumkidar' is a person who is entitled to enjoy the kumki privileges. A kumkidar is necessarily either the registered holder, walawargadar or mulgenidar of the land to which the kumki privilege is attached, State of Mysore v. K. Chandrasekhara Adiga, AIR 1976 SC 853 (857): (1976) 2 SCC 495.
