Juvenile offenders. The various methods of dealing with juvenile offenders are governed by ss. 50 to 60 of (English) Children and Young Persons Act, 1933 (23 Geo. 5, c. 12). See s. 54 with regard to committal in custody in a remand home, and s. 57 with regard to sending to approved schools.
